Questions About the Application Process
Everything about your application at COMI
After receiving your application, we carefully review your documents. If the assessment is positive, we first invite you to an initial interview with our recruiting team. This is followed by a second interview with your potential future team lead. Finally, you will get to know our management in a short call. After that, we make a decision and inform you promptly.
Our job interviews take place via video call.
Your resume is sufficient for the application. If we need additional documents, we will get in touch with you.
We strive to give you feedback within one week. If it exceptionally takes a little longer, feel free to contact jobs@collectivemind.de directly to ask about the current status of your application.
Yes, you receive regular feedback in conversations with your team lead. Your previous development is reflected upon, optimization potentials are identified, and measures for further development and goal achievement are jointly defined.
